Have you ever wanted to travel somewhere but it just wasn’t the right time? Maybe no one wanted to join you on your trip. Maybe you were too busy at work. Your life was full of obligations that kept you from traveling. But here’s a secret: It will not get better the longer you wait.
Ok, it is probably not THE hottest place on earth. You know, clickbait and all. But it does get rather warm in Death Valley, the hottest place in North America at least. Despite it being so hot, you can actually drive through there, even with a 7.5 ton RV.
We all have dreams. Things we want to do in our lifetime. Things we want to see. Places we want to go. For me, it is important to write these dreams down so I can keep them in focus. I like my Bucket List to be a long-term to do list and not a list of things I will never do.
I’m not a big fan of winter. I don’t like the cold and I don’t love the snow. But I do love winter sports. Weird, right? This year I decided to make my comeback on the skis. I’ve been snowboarding for the past couple of years and wanted to give skiing another try.
Last week, Gabriela from Gabriela Here and There tweeted that she has been to 77 countries. 77 is quite an impressive number and it made me think about how many countries I have been to. Figuring out what to take with you on a trip can be the most demanding part of planning a trip. It used to be this way for me for a long time. When we set out on our road trip in the United States, one of places I wanted to go to the most was Six Flags. I love roller coasters. So, it’s not a surprise that I wanted to visit the world’s biggest roller coaster park when we are in the area. And we did.
It feels like every time I write about a travel app, a new one comes out right after I hit that publish button. This app isn’t new per se, but it changed a lot recently and it has become one of my favorites for finding the best and cheapest flights. I already have a post about finding good deals on flights in which I call Google Flights my favorite. Now, add Hopper to that list.
Las Vegas is one of the cities that is on almost everyone’s list when it comes to a western United States road trip. And if you have never been there it’s worth a visit even if it’s just to find out what all the fuzz is about. And while traveling with an RV is one of the best ways to see the United States, you might think that it is less ideal in Las Vegas.
